By submitting payment to Crown Point Ltd. (“Crown Point”), the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Payment Collection Authorization
Crown Point is acting solely as a third-party payment collection and processing facilitator on behalf of Exclusive Island Rentals for the purpose of collecting funds associated with the guest’s accommodation reservation.
All payments collected by Crown Point will be applied toward the guest’s reservation and stay with Exclusive Island Rentals.
Crown Point is not the accommodation provider, booking platform, merchant of record, property owner, or contracting party for the reservation.
2. Reservation Agreement Acceptance
By making payment through Crown Point, the guest confirms and acknowledges that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the applicable reservation terms, policies, and rental agreement governing their booking.
This includes, where applicable:
- Reservation terms and conditions established through VRBO
- Reservation terms and conditions established through Expedia
- Any direct booking agreement, rental agreement, house rules, cancellation policy, payment schedule, security deposit requirements, occupancy limits, and property policies issued by Exclusive Island Rentals
The guest understands that payment collection by Crown Point does not modify, replace, supersede, or waive any terms of the applicable reservation agreement.
3. Responsibility for Reservation Terms
Guests acknowledge that:
- Exclusive Island Rentals remains responsible for reservation administration and accommodation delivery.
- Property-specific policies remain enforceable regardless of payment collection method.
- Questions regarding rental terms, cancellations, refunds, property access, damages, or stay conditions are governed by the applicable reservation agreement.
4. No Additional Liability Assumed by Crown Point
Crown Point’s involvement is limited to collecting and transferring payment on behalf of Exclusive Island Rentals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Point shall not assume liability for:
- Reservation changes or cancellations
- Property conditions or availability
- Refund determinations
- Guest disputes relating to accommodations
- Enforcement of rental agreements
- Stay-related claims or losses
5. Authorization & Confirmation
By submitting payment to Crown Point Ltd., the guest confirms that:
☐ They are an authorized payer for this reservation
☐ They understand payment is being collected on behalf of Exclusive Island Rentals
☐ They accept and agree to the applicable booking platform and/or rental agreement terms
☐ They authorize application of collected funds toward their reservation

I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the provisions regarding data protection and sensitive information under Bermuda’s PIPA. I voluntarily agree to the terms stated above.
