By engaging the services of Crown Point Ltd. (“Crown Point”), guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Role of Crown Point
Crown Point acts solely as a concierge and vacation planning coordinator. Our role is to assist guests with arranging, coordinating, and facilitating travel-related services and experiences through independent third-party providers.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
- Transportation arrangements
- Grocery coordination and delivery
- Dining reservations
- Beauty and wellness services
- Excursions and activities
- Private chefs and catering
- Event coordination
- Island recommendations and planning assistance
Crown Point does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any third-party vendors, service providers, vehicles, facilities, or excursion operators.
2. Independent Third-Party Provider
Some services arranged through Crown Point are provided by independent third parties operating under their own licenses, insurance, policies, and procedures.
Guests understand and acknowledge that Crown Point:
- Does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, suitability, timeliness, or outcome of any service
- Is not responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, errors, injuries, damages, losses, or disputes involving third-party providers
- Makes recommendations and arrangements in good faith as a convenience to guests
Any concerns, disputes, or claims relating to a specific service must be addressed directly with the applicable provider.
3. Vacation Planning & Recommendations
Crown Point provides recommendations, itineraries, and planning assistance based on guest preferences and available information at the time of booking.
Guests acknowledge that:
- Availability, pricing, weather conditions, operating hours, and vendor policies may change without notice
- Experiences and services may differ from expectations
- Crown Point is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, mechanical issues, transportation interruptions, staffing shortages, government regulations, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside of its control
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Point Ltd., its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to concierge coordination or vacation planning services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal injury or illness
- Property damage or loss
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Missed reservations or excursions
- Vendor-related disputes
- Dissatisfaction with services or experiences
- Financial loss or additional expenses incurred
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities and utilizing third-party services coordinated through Crown Point.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
- Reviewing all confirmations and booking details
- Communicating dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility concerns, or special requests directly to service providers when applicable
- Maintaining valid travel documentation and insurance where necessary
- Exercising personal judgment and discretion when participating in activities or utilizing services
6. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Crown Point’s concierge and vacation planning services, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this waiver.
