This two story one bedroom apartment is pleasantly tucked away just moments from the historical Fort Hamilton and a short walk into the City of Hamilton where you can find high-end shops, restaurants, attractions and more. Views of Hamilton Harbour can be seen through the tall vertical windows also allowing ample light into the home. The wood flooring and beautiful staircase accompanied with modern decor gives the feel of a contemporary treehouse – The perfect escape for an island getaway.

The space

The main entrance is on the lower level with french doors opening to the spacious open-plan living area. There is ample space to lounge and a smart TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, a full fridge and a microwave-convection oven. A washing machine and dryer is also located inside the apartment for your convenience.

The wood flooring is absolutely stunning throughout the house cascading up to the second level by way of the wooden staircase. You can’t help but fix your eyes on the views from the vertical windows.

The bedroom is large and has two balconies. One to lounge and enjoy a morning coffee or finish your day with a lovely glass of wine while you enjoy the company of a Bermuda Cedar Tree. The other overlooks historical features of the fort and on sunny days you can see the Bermuda Flag flying high in the sky. The perfect setting to start your day!
